On September 19-21,2018,the intrams of SMNHS started

VOLLEYBALL GAME BETWEEN TEAM 4 AND 2

     

      I am one of the player of team 4.September 21 is the championship between 4 and 2,so both of us,we did our best for us to get the title.In all the games we played has full of hardship.Both team struggled because we are good in playing volleyball.At the end we won in that game.We were happy and full of enjoyment.

      The best attitude you must have is DISCIPLINE.The practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience.This attitude must have the individuals because you can't harm others or you can respect each other.You must enjoy it even though you can't play anymore because you are almost defeat by others.In addition,you must accept if you are defeat because it is not your time.

      

SLOGAN

This slogan is my project in ICT major. Nutrition is important for everyone. When combined with being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight, eating well is an excellent way to help your body stay strong and healthy.What you eat can affect your immune system, your mood, and your energy level.So nutritious food are very important in our body. 

CATCHING THE DRAGON'S TAIL (Grade 10 Students Game)

It was our nutrition month in SMNHS, July 27,2018.All Grades and sections has their own games and in grade 10 we played catching the dragon's tail.Each section have 10 representative.During the game it was exciting and nervous because our enemies are bigger than our 10 representative. In able to win that game you must have cooperation because if every body have that there is possibility that you can defeat your enemies,and you must trust your groups because that is the most important. Even though we didn't win, the important is we enjoyed it.Enjoying is like you won in that game.

INTRODUCTION

    Does it ever seem like you have more adversity in your life than other do?You begin to feel sorry for yourself and think ''Why this stuff always happen to ME?.''

    Everyone seem like, I'm not happy anymore in this life because everyone criticize me what I can do.So sometimes I think I can't go through it,but I realize that God is bigger than those trials and challenges.And now,I can face those trials and challenges because I have confident because God is with me!!!...
